LLC "Asman Oil Company" considers ensuring flight safety requirements its top priority. All company processes aim to provide safe, uninterrupted, and efficient flight operations in accordance with national and international aviation regulations.
The company has implemented and operates a Flight Safety Management System (FSMS) based on ICAO standards and recommended practices. The FSMS covers all levels of activity and is designed to identify, assess, and mitigate risk factors affecting flight and ground operation safety. FSMS Documents:

The main objectives in the field of flight safety are:
* preventing aviation accidents and incidents;
* continuous monitoring of flight safety levels;

Special attention is given to personnel training, adherence to established procedures, the condition of aerodrome infrastructure, ground handling of aircraft, and preparedness for autumn-winter and spring-summer operational periods.

Flight Safety Policy of LLC "Asman Oil Company"
Ensuring flight safety is one of the priority areas of LLC "Asman Oil Company" and a responsibility of all managers and employees.
The company operates fuel handling equipment and is aware of associated risks. To minimize them, we commit to the obligations set out in this Policy.
The implementation of the flight safety policy is achieved through:
- compliance with international and national standards, as well as internal documents of LLC "Asman Oil Company" when performing work affecting flight safety;
- continuous improvement of the flight safety management system at operational sites;
- implementing and developing a safety culture reflecting the priority of safety issues in operational activities;
- identification of hazards and risk management, including the introduction of a hazard reporting system;
- ensuring sufficient trained and qualified personnel, regularly undergoing professional development;
- continuous analysis of flight safety status;
- guaranteeing no disciplinary action against employees reporting flight safety issues, except in cases of illegal acts or gross violations of internal rules and procedures;
- ongoing improvement of flight safety performance by comparing efficiency indicators with target objectives;
- compliance with established flight safety quality standards;
- adherence by employees to internal workplace rules, including prohibition of being at work under the influence of alcohol or drugs, prohibition of smoking in unauthorized areas, and prohibition of using psychotropic substances.
